<tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 274 WIDTH="746"><div>       The holes for the cinch buckle start at 21" from the tip, spaced 3" apart for 9 holes, and punched with  the appropriate size round or oval punch with a #7 being a popular choice.  The holes for the tie are in the shape of a triangle and spaced about 4" apart as shown in Figure 2.  <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#FF0000" FACE="Calibri"
